Libertarian and Green Party Representatives Urge Jason to Join Their Parties

In the past three days, Mr. Gastrich received messages from the Libertarian and Green parties.  They each want him to join their party.

Mark Baldwin approached Jason and asked him about his post-election plans.  Mark was a Libertarian party candidate in the 2000 election and is a California, elections chairman.  He was also a Libertarian party delegate at their national convention.

Carey Campbell, a Green party representative for their California division, reminded Mr. Gastrich that their party will need 52 candidates from California to run for Congress in 2004.  Carey complimented his energy and dedication to democracy and asked Mr. Gastrich to join their party.

"I was pleased to receive these invitations.  I'm going to consider both of them," Jason replied.  He continued and said, "I worked very hard to get my message to the voters.  I'm glad that these representatives noticed and I appreciate the fact that they see me as a person of high character and potential."
