Jason Gastrich Releases His Candidate Statement

Dear Friends,

I hope you are well, today.

I'm thankful for the opportunity to communicate to you and run for the office of California's Governor.  Our great nation has given us an awesome opportunity to help California thrive, again.

For many years, I have been a public servant.  I've counseled all kinds of people from angry taxi drivers to homosexuals to rape victims.  I've been the shoulder that they needed to lean on.  I'm a Christian Minister and my entire  life is devoted to God and serving the people.

California needs help.  This is why I'm running for Governor.  I see the state's need and I'm willing and able to give everything I have to restore prosperity to California.

I've signed "The No New Taxes Pledge."  Has your "favorite" candidate signed it?  They've all seen it.  You can check here: http://www.ipetitions.com/campaigns/nonewtaxes/govcandidates.htm.  I know that the last thing Californians need or want is higher taxes.  Therefore, I've promised to avoid raising them.

If a gubernatorial candidate is already talking about raising taxes, then they truly have no vision for the state and no business running for Governor.  There are countless things that need to be tried before the subject of raising taxes is even entertained.  Why not increase jobs?  Why not enforce immigration laws so the state doesn't pay billions to illegals?  Why not enforce traffic laws (e.g. speed limit) and gain revenue from lawbreakers? And the list goes on.

I'm ready to stand beside you and guide this state into success.  I ask for your vote.  Write in Jason Gastrich and you'll see this state recuperate and  prosper, again; without charging you!
